The Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Civil Aviation Authority, Captain Haitham Misto, confirmed that Jordanian airspace is operating normally.
He added, in a statement to the Jordan News Agency (Petra), that “there is absolutely no truth to Qatar Airways stopping its flights to Amman, and the circulating news is completely false.”
Musto stressed that the Authority is monitoring regional conditions and is continuing to evaluate changes to take the necessary measures to maintain the safety and security of air travel operations.
