In a press statement, the national carrier urged all passengers to closely monitor their flight status. The airline noted that automated updates and text messages are being sent to the phone numbers registered within booking files to inform travelers of all timely changes.
The statement added that passengers seeking further information regarding their flights can contact the customer service center from within Kuwait at 171, or from abroad at (+965) 24345555 ext. 171, as well as via the dedicated WhatsApp service at (+965) 1802050.
