On Wednesday, fog engulfed the national capital disrupting flight operations at Delhi International Airport on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>Several domestic and international flights are behind schedule owing to the thick blanket fog in several parts of the country, the Flight Information Display Board (FIDB) at Indira Gandhi International (IGI)\u00a0<a id=\"event-47127\" class=\"ie-click-event\" href=\"https:\/\/financialexpress.com\/about\/airport\/\" rel=\"noamphtml\" data-post-id=\"event-47127\" data-event-category=\"Keyword_To_URL_widget\" data-event-action=\"click\" data-event-label=\"Desktop_3373472\">Airport<\/a>\u00a0mentioned.<\/p>\n<p>Delhi airport is facing significant flight disruptions caused by dense fog and adverse weather conditions. There are delays in 22 international departures, 20 international arrivals, 31 domestic arrivals, and 46 domestic departures, Delhi Airport FIDB showed.<\/p>\n<div class=\"parent_also_read ie_ctd_imply_tracking\">\n<div class=\"read-story-category-link\">\n<p>Air operations at Delhi Airport have been witnessing a significant disruption as dense fog blankets the region, disrupting the flight services. On Tuesday, the movement to and from Delhi was also affected due to bad fog and adverse weather conditions.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>og engulfs Delhi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>People in Delhi woke up with dense foggy conditions amidst the prevailing cold wave conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The visibility improved at various observatories in Delhi late at night on Tuesday, with Safdarjung recording visibility of 500 metres and Palam recording 700 metres at 11.45 pm.<\/p>\n<p>Delhi\u2019s IGI Airport reported a visibility of 600 metres from 5.30 am.
