ACI highlights that unlike other programs in the\u00a0aviation<\/a>\u00a0industry<\/a>, the ASQ approach relies on real-time research conducted through surveys directly administered to travelers at the airport, gauging their satisfaction levels, as per the statement.<\/p>\n

These surveys encompass more than 30 performance indicators across crucial aspects of the passenger\u2019s airport journey, including ease of navigation, check-in processes, and the variety of shopping and dining options available<\/p>\n
