Aviation News – Three Black men have filed a lawsuit against American Airlines alleging they were victims of \u201cblatant and egregious racial discrimination\u201d after being removed from a flight.<\/p>\n

In a lawsuit filed in federal court Wednesday, the three plaintiffs \u2014 Alvin Jackson, Emmanuel Jean Joseph and Xavier Veal \u2014 say that they and five other Black male passengers were removed from an American Airlines flight from Phoenix to New York\u2019s John F. Kennedy International Airport in January \u201cwithout any valid reason, based solely on their race.\u201d<\/p>\n

The eight men did not know each other and were not seated together on the flight.<\/p>\n
