This performance signifies a 14% increase in arrivals compared to 2024 and marks a significant boost for the nation\u2019s economy.<\/p>\n

The strong performance highlights not only rising visitor numbers but also increased spending, signalling a shift toward higher-value tourism.<\/p>\n

This surge in visitor numbers reflects Morocco\u2019s growing global appeal, driven by improved air connectivity, diversified travel experiences, and continued investment in tourism infrastructure. The country has also strengthened its reputation as a year-round destination, offering everything from vibrant imperial cities to Atlantic coastlines and Sahara desert experiences.<\/p>\n

Airlines have moved quickly to capitalise on Morocco\u2019s tourism boom, rolling out new routes and expanding capacity ahead of continued growth into 2026 and the build-up to the\u00a0FIFA World Cup 2030<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

National carrier\u00a0Royal Air Maroc<\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0has significantly strengthened its network, adding more European connections while accelerating long-term expansion plans.<\/p>\n

Low-cost carriers are playing a major role in widening access.\u00a0Ryanair<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/a>has expanded its presence across Morocco with additional European routes and announced a new base in\u00a0Rabat<\/a>\u00a0set to launch in 2026, featuring more than 20 new international and domestic connections.
