It also strengthens cargo connectivity across critical manufacturing and export hubs, supporting global supply chains and high-value trade flows.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\">\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\">All routes will be part of Etihad\u2019s joint venture with China Eastern Airlines, enhancing passenger connectivity between the UAE and China. The joint venture provides coordinated services across key gateways, with China Eastern currently operating routes between Shanghai, Kunming and Xi\u2019an and the UAE.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\">\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\">The expansion is further supported by Etihad\u2019s cargo joint venture with SF Airlines, strengthening air freight connectivity and supporting the movement of goods across key trade corridors between China and global markets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"v1MsoNormal\"><b>His Excellency Mohamed Ali Al Shorafa, Chairman of Etihad Airways, said:<\/b>\u00a0\u201cThe ties between the UAE and China continue to flourish, with today\u2019s announcement reflecting the enduring\u00a0 strength and growing promise of our cooperation.
