The E175 aircraft will fly exclusively with United under a Capacity Purchase Agreement (CPA). The value of the contract, which has been included in Embraer\u2019s Q3 backlog, is US$1.1billion, based on list price. The 70-seat aircraft will be delivered in a three-class configuration. Deliveries will begin Q4 2024. President and CEO of SkyWest Chip Childs said, \u201cSkyWest is already the largest E175 operator in the world, and when this order is delivered we will have over 250 E175s. The aircraft will be operated by American\u2019s wholly owned subsidiary, Envoy Air. With all deliveries in Q4 2024, Envoy\u2019s all E-Jet fleet will grow to over 150 aircraft by the end of 2024. The contract value is US$230.6 million at list price, and will be included in Embraer\u2019s 2023 Q4 backlog. \u201cThese new jets will allow us to continue growing with American Airlines. We\u2019re pleased to announce these additional four aircraft, following the order announced in June, as the US domestic and regional markets recover from a very challenging few years. This agreement will provide support for a wide range of repairable components for the four jets that will be added to Luxair\u2019s fleet. The solution also includes a meaningful scope of parts available directly on the customer\u2019s base of operation. Currently, Embraer\u2019s Pool Program supports more than 60 airlines worldwide. \u201cThe signature of this Pool Program agreement with Embraer is yet another demonstration of our commitment to excellence. Now, seven E-Jets will receive support for a wide range of repairable components \u2013 three E175, one E190, and three E195. The Greek airline started the Pool Program contract last year, with its first E175, and has seen steady fleet growth since.
